Empower patients by letting them self-assess their condition prior to scheduling. Based on patients’ answers they will be led to continue scheduling online for an office or telehealth visit, or if ultimately needed, then they are asked to call the office to proceed.

Screening is quick and includes a handful of questions per the CDC guidelines such as where they visited, what their symptoms are and who they’ve been in contact with.
