Patient self scheduling in the United States is on the precipice of experiencing a digital disruption and Odoro, with its partnerships, experience and unique rules-based scheduling technology, is poised to lead the change. We are looking for Sales Development Representative to spearhead Odoro’s ongoing penetration into the US market.
Prospective applicants need to possess an outgoing, sales conducive personality. In addition, we are looking for a highly self motivated individual, who has the confidence to be unfazed by serial rejection. As with most sales positions, this post requires high level presentation and interpersonal skills. Applicants should attempt display these qualities during the interview process.

What You’ll Do:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline by helping to expand adoption within enterprise accounts. This includes:• Growing the sales pipeline via outbound demand generation activity including leveraging marketing materials, videos, demonstrations and infographics.
• Driving the sales cycle from demonstration to delivery by qualifying leads, discovery, planning, promoting, demonstrating, and referencing.
• Educate and set expectations regarding the Odoro solution to ensure ongoing optimal usage.
• Hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding quotas by being a master at understanding our product and also know how to sell it really well.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the Sales Executives for further development and closing
• Achieve monthly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
