Our websites (the “Sites”) and the services made available on the Sites are provided to you by Odoro Inc. (“us”, “our”, “we” or “Odoro”). As we provide you (or the organization for which you are acting) with the Odoro Services, we collect some personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect from you information, and how we use, safeguard and disclose this information on our Sites while rendering the Services.

We recognize that your privacy is very important and we take it seriously.  By accepting the Privacy Policy in registration or by visiting and using the Site, or by using our Services made available through our Sites (“Services”), you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you consent to our privacy practices, including to our collection, use, disclosure, processing and retention of your personal information, as described below.

If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy, you should exit and cease use of our Sites and Services. In connection with our Services, you may be required to sign additional agreements with Odoro or other third parties. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into such other agreements and our Terms of Use.

Our Use of Your Information

When you register to our Services we collect certain personal information from you, including a valid email address, location, username and password and in certain cases, personal information which relates among others to your health care. We may collect additional information such as physical address and additional authentication information, as required to provide you with the Services you need. Your Personal Information may be used by us as part of the Services rendered to you. The user name and password are used to make sure that only you have access to any of the personal information you have provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you use to sign in to any of our Sites, and you should always be careful whenever disclosing information online.

We use your Personal Information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Sites, to provide to you the Services offered by us as well as (without limitation): resolve service and billing disputes, troubleshoot problems,  analyze consumer interest in our products and Services, verify your credentials in order to maintain reasonable security, provide developers with the information that is useful in developing new features and services available, fulfill your requests for our products and Services, respond to your inquiries about our Services, offer you new products or Services that we believe may be of interest to you, inform you about our events and updates; and deliver any other information to you as well as detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity and enforce our Terms of Use.

We store any information you enter on our Sites or give us in any other manner while using our Services. The amount of personal information you provide is up to you, and you are not legally obligated to provide any such information. However, certain uses of the Sites or the Services may not be rendered if such information is not provided. We allow you to view the information you provided during registration and to edit inaccuracies or error.  You may provide information on behalf of another person or entity. If you choose to use our invitation service to invite a friend to the Service, we will ask you for that person’s email address and automatically send an email invitation. Odoro stores this information to send this email, to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service. If you completed the registration on behalf of another entity or if you otherwise provide information regarding another person or entity, you represent to us that you were authorized by that person or entity to give us consent to use the submitted information.

By providing personal information into or using our Sites or Services you consent to transfer of information outside your country, even to countries which do not offer a level of protection to your information that is equivalent to the one offered in your country of residence.

Note also that any information that you may reveal in a public post, including any online discussion or forum which is open to the public is not in any way private. It is your choice and decision what you wish to post, and to what extent, and therefore we suggest that you consider carefully what to disclose in any public posting or forum. What you have written may be seen and/or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we are unable to control or predict and to which we are not responsible in any manner.

Personal Information In order for you to access certain areas of any of our Sites or certain Services we may require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes the following categories of information (without limitation): (1) contact details (such as your e-mail address, phone number and Odoro password); (2) demographic info (such as your gender, your date of birth and your zip code); (3) insurance data (such as your insurance carrier and insurance health plan); and (4) any relevant medical info (such as the previous doctors and/or any other health care providers (“Providers”) you visited in the past, your reason for visiting those Providers, your date of visiting the respective Providers, your medical history, and other medical and health information you choose to share with us that is relevant to your application). Any information provided in such communication may be collected and regarded as Personal Information.

We may use your Personal Information to recommend certain Services, resources or Providers. We may use your contact data to remind you of upcoming or follow-up appointments. We may use your demographic data, traffic data, insurance data or medical data to customize and tailor your experience through the Services, in emails and in other communications, displaying content that we think you might be interested in and according to your preferences. Use of the Services may require Odoro to use your Personal Information to allow your Providers to refer you to, and make appointments with, other Providers on your behalf. We may also use your anonymized Personal Information to run (or authorize third parties to run) statistical research on individual or aggregate health or medical trends. Such research would only use your Personal Information in an anonymous manner that cannot be tied directly back to you.

We may use non-personally identifying information that we collect to provide statistical information about users of the Sites or Services to improve the quality, design and content of our Sites to analyze the use of our Sites or Services and to cooperate with law enforcement.

You may elect to use certain Services available through the Sites that require you to download and install software on your computer which may collect and transmit information from your computer for the purpose of providing you the relevant Services. We may also collect other information, some of which may be Personal Information that you voluntarily provided to us such as searching for the different Providers and available time slots with Providers, and filling in medical history forms. We may also collect information you provided in free-form text boxes on the Site and through responses to different surveys.

Automatically Generated Information

We may collect additional information when you visit our Sites including the type of browser and operating system you are using, your IP address and dates and times you visited our Sites. We may collect information about your online activity. We may use third party contractors to collect and aggregate this information. We may also collect information while using cookies.


When you visit the Site, we may use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” (or similar technologies), which store certain information on your computer and which assist us in providing our Services. Cookies (which may be html files, Flash files or other technology) are text files that help store user preferences and activity. The Site uses cookies to collect statistical data about its use, to tailor the Site’s functionality to suit Users’ personal preferences and to assist with various aspects of site operation.  Cookies enable us to track and target your interest to enhance your experience on the site. These files contain a variety of information to help analyze our Site’s flow, such as information about webpages visited by Users, the length of time Users visited certain Sites, data about how Users came to visit particular sites, the scope and nature of those sites, areas viewed by Users and additional information.

We may use third party service providers to deliver ads or promotions related to the Sites. These service providers may use cookies or other tracking technologies to identify your activity on our Site and on third party websites. However, this tracking information does not identify you personally, is not combined with personally identifiable information from the Site and is subject to the privacy policies of the related third party service providers.

You may set your browser to block all cookies, including cookies associated with our services, or to indicate when a cookie is being set by us. However, it is important to know that many of our Services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.

Compliance with Laws

The Services are not offered nor directed for children under the age of 13 and Odoro does not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 13. According to applicable laws (including the COPPA rules) children under the age of 13 in the United States are prohibited from using the Services.

Furthermore, under applicable health regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), doctors, dentists and their employees should be particularly aware of their obligations of patient confidentiality, including without limitation their obligations under the both in communicating with Odoro and in responding to a review of their services posted on our Sites. Odoro shall not be responsible or liable for your compliance with any confidentiality obligation under any applicable law, including with respect to any communications made other than those expressly stated by us in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Sharing Personal InformationWith Third Parties

We may provide your personal details to third parties, only in order to operate the Sites and the Services, and prevent fraud and illegal activities, as detailed below. You may choose to authorize us to share some of your Personal Information with Providers at your choice. For example, if you elect to complete a medical history form while using the Services before an appointment, we might share this form with your Providers should you agree that we do so. We may share Personal Information with our affiliates and other third parties only on an anonymized and aggregate basis, as well as share such information for statistical purposes. We may share Personal Information and specific traffic data with our partners and subcontractors who collaborate with us in performing the Services (such as billing, data storage and security); provided that those business partners and contractors shall be bound by the substantially similar standards of security and confidentiality that we have in this Privacy Policy, and they will only use your contact data and other Personal Information to carry out their specific business obligations.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless we believe in good faith that disclosure of your Personal Information or any other information we collect about you is necessary to: (i) Comply with a court order or other legal requirements, regulations or procedures; (ii) Establish or exercise our legal rights as well as enforce our rights under the Terms of Use;  (iii) Defend ourselves against legal claims; and (iv) Protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public or Odoro.

Other than as set out above, you will be notified when personal information about you will be shared with third parties and you will have an opportunity to choose not to have us share such information.

Your Choice

You are permitted to choose not to provide us with any or all of your Personal Information. In this case, you can still access and use some of the Services; but you will not be able to access and use certain key functions of the Services that require such Personal Information.

Your information may be used by Odoro, its affiliates, employees, consultants and third party vendors to improve Odoro’ Site and Services. This may include behavior analysis within the Site while improving the effectiveness of our efforts to promote our Services.

You may always unsubscribe from the following types of communications – Odoro may use information you provided in the past to communicate with you, including through standard newsletters, e-mail, mail, alerts, or other potential forms of communication for administrative purposes or customer service,, to verify information you provided or to provide you with information that may be of interest to you. The Site may also send you from time to time different notifications regarding updates and the services including new features. We may also get in touch with you to provide you with the requested services via phone or email.

Links to other Sites

The Sites contain links to other sites. Odoro is not responsible for and has no liability for privacy policies and/or practices of other sites. We advise you to read the privacy policy stated on other websites you link to through our different Sites. Our privacy policy only governs information that we collect on our Sites.


We take a great care in maintaining the security of the Sites and your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. However, the Internet is not entirely secure and we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

Users who have registered to the Sites agree to keep their password in strict confidence and not disclose such password to any third party.

Updating Your Personal Information

We take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date, and we provide you with the opportunity to update your information through your account profile settings.  Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. In the event that you believe our information is in anyway incorrect or inaccurate, please let us know immediately. We will make sure we investigate the matter and correct any inaccuracies as quickly as possible where necessary or give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change, add or update this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. In case of any material change, we will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.

Changes to this privacy policy are effective as of the stated “Last Update” and your continued use of the Sites on or after the Last Update date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.

Notifications by Odoro

The Sites may send new registered users a welcoming email to verify password and username. After you register with a Site we may send you on a regular basis via emails information on other Services that we believe may be of interest to you. Out of respect of your privacy we give you the option at all times to opt out of this type of communication.  By choosing not to opt out you consent to these communications.

We may also send you notifications regarding updates to the Sites and Services, as well as updates with respect to issues relating to your personal account via email or phone.

Information Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services or as required by applicable law. Note that following account cancellation we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Corporate Change

In the event we go through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be among the assets transferred.
